House & Commons is a design-led residential hospitality company. We buy land, design buildings, and then stay to run them... because the running is where most places quietly fail.
Why we exist
The gap we kept noticing
Hotels are good at service and bad at belonging. Second homes are good at privacy and bad at everything else. Co-living solved the wrong problem for the wrong decade.
What was missing was simple: a house that is entirely yours, in a place where you already know people, with someone competent looking after the building when you are not there.
So we build that. Small numbers, walkable towns, long horizons. We are not trying to be everywhere.
