Places

One built and open. One in design. One held every year. Each is a different answer to the same question: what would you make if you designed for the ordinary day?

Building 71

First place

Building 71

A residential club in a town built for walking.

Twelve residences arranged around a shaded courtyard, a working kitchen and a roof that catches the evening wind. Building 71 is where the idea stopped being a document and became a place with keys.

The Compound

Next place

The Compound

More ground, more commons, the same intent.

A larger assembly of houses around a shared centre — a kitchen garden, a long table, a pool that reads as a courtyard. Currently in design. Registration is open for those who want the first conversation.

The Summer Republic

Signature week

The Summer Republic

One week. The same families. Every year.

Not a festival and not a retreat. A week where the houses fill, the children run in a pack, and the adults finally finish a conversation. Membership-led, capped, and deliberately repeated.

Location
Held annually
