Way of life

A day here has a shape

We do not program people. We build the few fixed points that make an unstructured day feel generous rather than empty.

Movement

Before the heat

Movement

The hill, the water, or the mats. Nothing compulsory, everything available before seven.

Work that ends

Mid-morning

Work that ends

A study with real desks and good light. Calls happen here so the rest of the day is free of them.

Recovery

Afternoon

Recovery

Sauna, cold plunge, shade. The unglamorous infrastructure of a week that leaves you better than it found you.

One table

Eight

One table

Everyone eats together if they want to. Most nights, most people do.

Principles

Private first

Every household has a door that closes, a kitchen that works and a room that owes nothing to anyone. The commons only functions when privacy is genuine.

Built for the ordinary day

Not the launch photograph. The Tuesday. Laundry, homework, a late swim, someone cooking for eleven without ceremony.

Walkable or nothing

We build where a child can leave the door alone and where a car is an inconvenience rather than a requirement.

The same people, repeatedly

Familiarity is the product. We cap numbers and design for return, because the second year is when a place starts to mean something.

The rest of it is up to you

No wristbands, no welcome pack, no schedule slid under the door.
